We want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most of our fine pieces. Please ensure items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your jewelry in its original STONE AND STRAND box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to an authorized UPS location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
